1. Service Description

CricCoach AI provides AI-powered cricket batting technique analysis. You upload a batting video, and our system generates biomechanical measurements, a coaching narrative, fault analysis, and personalised drill recommendations. Reports include confidence scores indicating the reliability of each measurement.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 5 years old to use this service as an athlete.
• Athletes under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to register on their behalf and provide consent.
• The consenting guardian must have legal authority to act on behalf of the minor.

3. Account and Registration

• One registration per athlete. Do not create duplicate accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current information (name, age, contact details).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Upload only cricket batting videos
• Upload only videos of yourself or athletes for whom you have filming consent
• Not upload offensive, inappropriate, or non-cricket content
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Biometric Data Consent

By using CricCoach AI, you explicitly consent to the extraction of 33 body pose keypoints from your video using computer vision. This constitutes biometric data processing. Full details of how this data is handled are in our Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting admin@criccoach.co.in.

7. Intellectual Property

• Your videos remain your property. We do not claim ownership of videos you upload.
• Analysis reports, coaching narratives, and generated content are owned by CricCoach AI and licensed to you for personal or academy use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit reports without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CricCoach AI analysis is probabilistic, not deterministic. Every measurement includes a confidence score indicating the system's uncertainty. You acknowledge that:

• Analysis accuracy depends on video quality, camera angle, lighting, and other factors
• Results are not guaranteed to be accurate and should be validated by a qualified coach
• CricCoach AI is not liable for injuries resulting from following drill or technique recommendations
• CricCoach AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service

Always warm up properly, train within your physical capabilities, and seek professional guidance for any concerns.

9. Data Handling

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details collection, retention, sharing, and your rights regarding personal and biometric data.

10. Termination

• By us: We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, uploading prohibited content, or platform abuse. We will notify you of the reason.
• By you: You may stop using the service at any time. You may request complete deletion of your data by emailing admin@criccoach.co.in.

11. Free Tier

The free tier of CricCoach AI is provided on a best-effort basis with no service level agreement (SLA). We reserve the right to modify features, impose usage limits, or change pricing for paid tiers at any time with reasonable notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
